वाकई बहुत ही शानदार अभ्यास है। मुझे लगभग दो वर्ष हो गये। जो असर सर बता रहे हैं बिल्कुल वैसा ही होता है। इससे संध्यावंदन भी बहुत प्रभावी होता है। धन्यवाद आशिष जी सर। आश्चर्य यह है कि जो प्रैक्टिस आप अगले वीडिओ में बताते हैं वे अनायास पहले शुरू हो जाते हैं।

I've been hearing Ashish Ji for more than a month now and am thoroughly enjoying the videos. What I love about his temperament is that he's not interested in becoming a guru delivering stuff to a set of faithful followers. Ashish Ji is like a final year student who is guiding us 1st years through the path of spiritual contemplation. I'm sure there will be many of us who will develop a "Bhakt" attitude towards him, but what gives me solace is that Ashish Ji is the least bit interested in such bhakti. Looking forward to 2 enriching years of idea sharing.
